Why independence matters
No ties to manufacturers, integrators or operators beyond the mandates we deliver. We defend our client's interests exclusively, and will recommend they look elsewhere when that is the right outcome.
Where we come from
Inside hyperscalers and developers, the same constraint came up on every project: the right powered land, with the right grid path. That work produced the TerraNova methodology, and then Via Terra.

Blanka Thibaud
Founder and CEOMost recently data center site selection lead for Europe at AWS, covering site identification through grid interconnection across France, Germany, the United Kingdom and the Nordics. Before TechHer Capital, she co-founded Sepia Infrastructure, backed by Engie, alongside members of Google's EMEA data center team.
She has worked across more than fifty European and MENA jurisdictions and holds direct relationships with the major national grid operators. MPA, Columbia University. MBA in real estate, University of Maryland. French, English, Serbian and Hungarian.

Dina Belean
Chief Operating OfficerDina manages the firm's operations across mandate delivery, client relationship coordination, database and CRM systems, and cross-functional program coordination. She brings prior experience from the European Parliament and from B2B operations management across multiple jurisdictions.
She is currently pursuing an Executive Master in AI for Innovative Managers at Institut Mines-Télécom Business School. She speaks French, English, Romanian, Hungarian and Serbian.

The strategic advisor, and the delivery joint venture.
Via Terra is the joint venture between TechHer Capital and VIA DC, the operational vehicle for powered land sourcing and qualification in Europe. TechHer Capital contributes the commercial origination, the operator relationships and the TerraNova methodology. VIA DC contributes the engineering depth.
TechHer Capital remains the firm of record for strategic and commercial advisory. Mandates go to the firm best placed to deliver them.
